Camel Booties Kick Off Fall!

Camel Booties Kick Off the Fall. These little booties are such little cuties! All EIGHT pair to choose from. When you are transitioning into the Fall and it’s not quite cold enough for a full-on boot, but you need to balance the weight of your outfit with a heavier shoe option – this is the ticket. Lower ankle boots, wedges & chunky-heeled ankle boots. Plus, with a skinny jean or pant, you just “pool” the jean to the edge of the bootie and you’re ready to jettison yourself into your day. Looking rather cool I might add… Take a look – I don’t want to leave anyone out so – from Designer to Similar Looks for Less.

  1. I found your website! And I need camel booties!! They are top on my list of things to buy. Now what is the right pant to wear with them? Boyfriend jeans? Skinnies? Is there a rule of thumb on the length of the pant?

I love your blog…keep up the good work, my friend!

    • Hey Rachel! I’m still adding content to better my site & more to come with full outfits too! Until then, the camel booties can add “weight” to your outfit, whether it’s paired with skinny jeans (in denim or in a color) or a boyfriend jean… The rule-of-thumb should be if tight on the bottom, then loose on the top and vice-versa – loose on the bottom then fitted on the top. For example, if wearing a skinny jean/pant – then your top should be looser. Consider the ever flattering “half-tuck” of a blouse loosely tucking one side of your blouse in so that it shows your belt and the blouse if left “untucked” in the back. If wearing a boyfriend jean – then your top should be more fitted. You can try a tank & layer a tailored jacket on top. Or try a feminine silk blouse balancing femininity on top, masculine boyfriend jean on bottom…. does that make sense? If you’re short-waisted, like ME, I can’t tuck anything in or I look like “Steve Urkel” from Family Matters in the 80’s! See visual at:

We’re talking ZERO Torso… so I have to leave everything untucked to elongate my torso. Be on the lookout for an email for the Grand Launch & Promotion! xoxo and great to hear from you! terie 🙂
